The Ryan Nece Foundation has been selected to participate in the Charity Beer Garden at the 2017 Gasparilla Day Parade on Saturday, January 28. This is a great volunteer opportunity – giving back, meeting new people, and a t-shirt! What could be better!?
Now for the dets…
We are in need of 60 volunteers to help us throughout the day in selling, serving, and directing the crowd to our tent located in the Tampa Aids Memorial Park at 1 Hyde Park Place and Bayshore Blvd, one block south of the Platt Street Bridge.
- 15 volunteers for the morning shift, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m
- 45 volunteers for the afternoon shift, 12:00 – 6:00 p.m
Please note…
- Volunteers 21+ will pour beer and wine, take payment, and check IDs
- Volunteers 18+ will assist with directing customers to the tent, distributing wristbands, set-up and clean-up, and hospitality for our volunteers

- drinks a private port-a-let for our volunteers
