Frequently Asked Questions

Members create a unique username during the initial Employee Navigator login process.

New Users

To create a username, click “New User Registration” from the Employee Navigator Login Page.

1. You will need to provide the following information:

    • Full Name
    • Company Identifier - This is provided on your annual benefit handout or directly by your Human Resources Coordinator.
    • PIN – The last 4 digits of your social security number
    • Date of Birth

2. After you provide your information, you will be prompted to create a username and password.

3. You should now be able to view and manage your benefits on Employee Navigator.

Returning Users

If you have logged in previously, but do not remember your username, click HERE to reset your login.

  1. You will need to provide the following information:

    • PIN – The last 4 digits of your social security number
    • Full Name
    • Company Identifier – This is provided on your annual benefit handout or directly by your Human Resources Coordinator.

  2. Click “Request a Reset” and a password reset email will be sent to the email address on file.

  3. Click the password reset link from the email and you will be immediately prompted to create a new password.

  4. You should now be able to view and manage your benefits on Employee Navigator.
